3.1 Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across Pakistan. [International shipping is not available at this time.]
3.2 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within [1–2 working days] after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During sales, festive seasons and new collection launches, processing may take a little longer.
- Made-to-measure or customised items may need additional time. This will be communicated at the time of order.

These are estimates, counted from dispatch. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
3.4 Shipping Charges

- Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. You can also use "Get shipping estimates" in your cart.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may carry an additional handling fee of [Rs. 0 / Rs. 100], shown at checkout.
- Heavy or bulky items, such as wood crafts and furniture (for example coffee tables and tea trolleys), may have different shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
3.5 Order Confirmation and Tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation by email, and may also receive a call, SMS or WhatsApp message to verify your order and address.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number and courier details by email, SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
3.6 Address Accuracy
Please make sure your name, phone number, complete address and city are correct. Jiddat is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible, before your order is dispatched.
3.7 Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Parcels
- Our courier partners usually make up to [2–3 delivery attempts].
- Please keep your phone available. If the courier cannot reach you or the parcel is refused, the order may be returned to us.
- For repeated refusals or unreachable COD orders, we may cancel the order and reserve the right to decline future COD orders from that customer.
- For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery, we can re-ship the parcel at the customer's cost, or issue a refund after deducting shipping charges.
3.8 Receiving Your Parcel
- Please check that the packaging is intact before accepting the parcel.
- If a parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please mention it to the courier and contact us right away.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video for any claim related to damaged or incorrect items.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within [48 hours] of delivery with clear photos or video. Eligible cases are handled under our Returns Policy.
3.9 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue through reshipment or refund where a parcel is confirmed lost.
3.10 Customs, Duties and Taxes
All prices are for domestic shipping within Pakistan. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
